Development cooperation projects are funded in different ways. Each funding is contractually agreed with a donor. In each case, a different arrangement may apply: Some projects are fully funded by one donor, others by several donors. The share a donor pays is regulated, e.g. a fixed amount, a percentage of the costs, a shortfall or the entire project. The different costs within a project can be allocated to different donors. In addition, several projects can be implemented with the same funding if they are organised in one programme.
For each donor involved in a programme, you create a programme funding in WINPACCS. A Programme funding can be assigned to a project funding in the project fundings of the projects of the programme.This enables a cross-project cost evaluation of the programme in Controlling.

Click on a funding in the table to open it. Use the table settings to change the way it is shown.
All the fields from the funding’s master data are available as columns. Assigned reporting currency schemes and basic information on the project or programme are also displayed.
Use the Show archived fundings quick filter (
) to display archived fundings. These are displayed in grey.
Use the Contract status quick filter to only display fundings of a certain status.
