When you open a programme, you will see an overview of the available functional groups of this programme, as well as an overview of assigned projects. Which functional groups are available depends on the following settings:
▪the Organisational settings (e.g. whether cost and income sub-accounts are used)
▪the programme status (e.g. whether the programme is active)
▪the settings of the programme (e.g. whether a common programme chart of accounts is used)
▪your user roles (e.g. whether you are Controller or Project finance manager)
Use the table of contents or the search on the left side of this Help to find out more about the individual functional groups.
Assigned projects
In this section, all projects that are assigned to the programme and have been assigned to you in user administration are displayed. Double-click on a project in the table to open it. Use the table settings to change the display and show more columns. All the Project master data fields are available as a column.
Functions
Depending on the programme status and your user roles, the following buttons are available above the functional group overview.

Creating a new project |
Opens the Project master data functional group, to allow you to enter the master data for a new project. The project is assigned to the opened programme. |

Display project |
Opens the landing page of the project selected in the "Assigned projects" section. The function can also be executed by double-clicking on a project. |
