<< Show table of contents >> Programmes > Opened programme > Programme chart of accounts |
The programme chart of accounts has at least one sub-account for all the accounts of the main chart of accounts of the following account classes and groups:
▪Costs / General
▪Costs / Assets
▪Income / General
▪Income / Assets
If all projects in a programme are to use the same sub-accounts for cost and income accounts, then they can be created here.
NOTE: The functional group is only available if the setting "Programme chart of accounts (sub-accounts for costs and income) is used" is activated for the programme. |
After making changes, you must release the programme chart of accounts (). This copies all sub-accounts of the programme into the project charts of accounts of all projects of the programme. The sub-accounts cannot be edited in the projects and no individual sub-accounts can be created for the account classes specified above if a programme chart of accounts is used.
Use the quick filters to show or hide specific accounts.
