The basis for analyses in Controlling are postings from Project accounting. Depending on how your organisation uses WINPACCS Cloud, postings from Company accounting may also be available. The data basis for your analyses are managed in posting views.
Use the functions for example, to display, edit, split, or flag posting positions as billed. While analyses compile and filter larger amounts of data according to certain criteria, here you can edit individual data in the postings.
NOTE: You can find general information on how to get started with WINPACCS Controlling here. |
In the Analyses section in the navigation area, you can see all the saved posting views. All the settings for columns, groupings, filters, and other table layout properties are saved in the views.
Default view: This view is always available. If you want to make and save changes to the table layout, click on Posting view () and then Save as copy.
The restriction to one programme affects all views. In addition to the standard view, only the saved views that were created in the selected programme are available. Views that were created without a restriction to a programme are only available in unrestricted controlling.
The table shows an overview of the posting positions of the projects to which you are assigned. If controlling is restricted to one programme, only posting positions from projects that are assigned to this programme are displayed. Only a few columns are shown in the default view. Use the table settings to display additional columns or change the way the table is shown.
In the column selection (), additional columns are available for programme data, project data and voucher data. The programme data is only available if your organisation works with programmes. The Programme data are entered when creating programmes and rarely change. They apply to all posting positions of all projects of a programme. The Project data are created when creating projects and rarely change. They apply to all posting positions of a project. The voucher data are recorded in the project accounting and are identical to the information in project controlling. In addition, general entries are available for the budget lines of the projects.
