Edit

Switches to the edit mode. Note: not all properties can be changed once the budget structure has been published. The reason is: postings may already exist that are based on these settings.

Deleting

If a budget structure was created by mistake, you can still delete it as long as it has the status New.

Archive

Once a budget structure has been released, it can no longer be deleted. If you no longer need the budget structure, for example because it contains errors, you can archive it. It is then also archived in all projects in which it may have been available and will then no longer be available in either WINPACCS Accounting, WINPACCS Cashbook or in Controlling.

Archiving a budget structure has no impact on postings that have already been uploaded in a closing to WINPACCS Cloud. For assigned postings that have not yet been uploaded, WINPACCS Accounting prompts the user to adjust the postings. Only then can the next closing be performed.

Reactivate

Reactivates the archived budget structure. To be able to use them again, you must addionaly release the budget structure. Only then is it forwarded to the affected projects.

Release

Releases all changes to the budget structure for publication and transfers them to the affected projects

Reset

Undoes all changes that have not yet been released.

Save

Saves the changes. To apply the changes, you must additionaly release the budget structure. Only then is it passed on to the affected projects.

Cancel

Switches to the display mode without saving changes.
